This workshop combines breathwork and meditative drawing. If you like taking a break from the screen, a reset from your creative practice, or you're simply curious about how breathwork and drawing can work together, this is the workshop for you. Let the flow of your breath guide the flow of your pen.

Introduction and discussion about the connection between breath and creative flow
Guided breathwork to settle the mind and body before drawing
Drawing with inhales and exhales, letting the breath shape the mark on the page
Drawing with stones to create a free-form shape, exploring spontaneity and letting go of control

Sunday 5th July
10am - 1pm (3hrs) • $60
This workshop is for anyone curious about weaving, whether you've dabbled before or never touched a loom. Either way, it's been created to explore the beautiful art of weaving at any level, surrounded by others in the community who share that same curiosity.
What is covered
Hands-on practice setting up and weaving on your loom, creating your own design at your own pace
Samples to gain inspiration from
Introduction to different weaving techniques

Your own frame loom, yarn and fibres to work with and take home with you to continue creating at home

This workshop brings together nature and pen and paper, working with the beautiful organic shapes and shadows of fresh, local flowers to create marks on a page. Let the forms found in nature guide the flow of your pen.
